Medical doctor is not supposed to kill people, but this one obviously does his best to kill me.  I reproduce below the text of my complaint which speaks for itself

Sir:

This is a complaint against jail doctor Coche and it has to be treated with extreme urgency, because I believe my life to be in danger. I wrote 7 requests (see exhibit). He saw me on July 2, 2002.

I told him that I feel like the arteries dilated back in January are affected by restenosis.  If this is so, it is life-threatening and the only way to deal with it is to perform a new angiography and angioplasty. He told me that he had recommendations of 5 (?) cardiologists saying that I need only medication and this is what he wished to discuss with me.  This is exactly the story I heard for the past 4 years that I needed only medication, and it is well known how it ended: a year ago, this medication had brought me to the brink of death, and I had to be transported to B.C. for an angioplasty.

Doctor, who did the angioplasty, confirmed to me that my life was hanging on 10% opening of Circumflex artery, while the other 3 were blocked 100%.  He also confirmed to me that the procedure he performed was a routine one and that any doctor in Quebec could have done the same.

The denial of medical care should stop. Urgent arrangements should be made with Montreal Heart Institute for an angiography and angioplasty.
